Valor is being owned!!!

I´ve been playing MAG since the morning, and let me tell you that we have lost ALL THE GAMES (at least those ones I´ve been into) I was playing Sabotage in Alaska and a guy from a clan said "Why do we lose all the games!!!?" So clearly it is not only the games I´ve been into. SVER is the factions who has defeated us more times, and I see they have got a lot of soldiers now, SVER is the faction with the most players.
Why do we keep loosing? I don´t know, maybe the lack of leaders? I posted a message on the MAG forums a few days ago, and I said: "So our stats will be reset, no squad leaders, no platoon leaders, no OICs, this is going to be crazy!" Sadly I guess I was right, I have only seen ONE, just ONE squad leader in this whole day; my guess and my explanation of why we are loosing? Check this out:

SVER has MORE players than any other factions, what kind of people join SVER? People who want to seem "badass" and "cool" (not all of them but most) Usually teenagers and kids are the ones who want to look badass and cool, so we can say that most SVER players are teenagers and kids. Most teenagers and kids are still on vacation, that means they have got more time to play, meaning they can rank up faster, therefore they must have MORE leaders than Valor now, and also don´t forget that they are more, so the probability of they having leaders is very high.
On the other had Valor players are usually more mature men and women and most of them are already over 18+, most Valors have a job, wife, girlfriend, or more importants things to do than playing MAG, less time to rank up = No leaders. Less players = no leaders.
So I think they keep beating us because right now we don´t have anybody who can organize the players and that can issue orders, everybody does whatever they want, if you try to issue orders just by mic without being a leader yet, they won´t hear you, as consecuence of that, we keep loosing.

By tomorrow I hope to see more leaders in Valor and start winning some matches; but today It´s been a bad day for Valor, if this thing was real, Valor would have already disappeared

Keep the hope man! Once the real deal comes out we will all get our chance to bring it back!

Yea it has bee a tough fight for Valor. SVER is really communicating on their side and Raven is a lot more coordinated this time around. Once the real thing comes out hopefully everyone gets mic'd up and it won't just be every man for himself like I have seen in the past. I am just trying to sharpen my claws and having fun with it until the Soul Reapers get together and help turn the tide Valor's way.

Yeah, SVER is doing good now, they do have some advantages (maps, weapons, etc) but on the Open Beta we would still win, so there must be other reasons for Valor always loosing against SVER.
